Non receipt of Set top box

We are the subscribers of M/s Indus Media & Communications Ltd. via its distributor M/s Bharti Supply Company situated at Khar (W), Mumbai. We had been approached by M/s Indus Media & Communications Ltd.via M/s Bharti Supply Company with an offer that we pay the annual charges of Rs.- and get a set top box absolutely free.

Despite us making the payments from January to December we have not received the promised set top box despite several reminders to M/s Bharti Supply Company and its following officials:

Sunil Thakur (9870030415), Sanjay Tiwari (9870375258) and Kishore Chari (9821633765)

We had made the payment of Rs.- and a receipt of M/s Indus Media & Communications Ltd.with the following details has been received from one of the official called ‘Virendra’ of M/s Bharti Supply Company: Series: E ; Receipt Book No.: 1238 ; Receipt No.: 133730 ; Date:26.01.2009
