Non receipt of pension cheque

I regret to write that inspite of sending two complaints i have no received any reply about the pension cheque issued by the department on 8th July (as intimated on telephone) against my PPO No.16468.

In view of the above I would once again request you to please atleast inform the status of payment made against my above PPO at the earliest.
