Land Area problem between ours and private party's

I'm residing at recently build own house at Plot No. 2, Pillayar koil 3rd cross street, Sivabootham Village, Vanagaram, Chennai 95. My land is registered and i built my house with help of IOB loan.

But I could not build compound wall to my land measurements. Backside is private parties, road comes. These lands are Natham area. The private party has no document evidence for their land area. Our house and other 4 plots are in same line and facing same problem. One court case is also going on. The private party is getting 'voida' from court and it is post poned for the past 15 years. And how long a land issue case will keep going on like this. Is there any end?
