Sir,

Under Thodupuzha No.1 section, voltage improvement from pole no P.V.08 near Purapuzha jn; to our residing area, 500mtrs; newly toyed 2 additional phases along through old one; under No.1 A.E's supervision, on 10th & 11th of Nov.09. But the lines are touching because of the careless toying, they are not properly installed the appropriate stays to the poles and one of them is tied to a "KONNA". And for, e.g. Used the old wooden pole’s crossbar in one of the concrete pole, the lines are loose, and have no string.

The clearance is not maintained between the upper cross and lower cross. We have appealed these things to the A.E; at the time of working, but not minded.

One of the contract labor of K.S.E.B. Mr. Damodaran told us to give him Rs.3000/= to do the above work, as advance, and after the wok we have to give him immediate the bill amount sanctioned by K.S.E.B. So I asked to A.E; the above, he joined for it at that time. I gave the sum. 3000/= to them 1st day. 2nd day they asked me to give the balance 4800/=, I have not agreed and told him about the work done by him. A.E. advised me that may not call him for the above work and do what the labors need; when I called him in mob. While the line man was on leave, so we are not sure the proper installations to our homes are done or not. After it on 12th the Sub-Eng.told me that he will give back 3000/= and not make this as an issue. Yet I have not get the amount and the work done are as the old.

I request you to, stop the payments to the above work done & make it correctly as early under the rules and regulations of Electrical Inspectorate. Also I comply you about the money they have cheated me, make me a solution for it.
