Dead insects inside Corn flakes pack

I bought a Cornflakes pack (500g, Brand Name: Mum's) from Spencer's retail outlet at Fun Republic Mall in Gomatinagar, Lucknow on 14/08/09. On opening the pack and pouring the contents into a bowl of milk, I found several minute dead insects floating. I would like to know is this the kind of quality control that food companies are subjecting their products to? Also, how can I go about filing an online complaint to ensure redressal?
