Very late delivery and very bad response

I am totaly astonished by the fact that could a company be so irresponsible. My cargo was booked on 1/8/09 from ahmedabad to Coimbatore .docket no is sg1361127 . today is 12/08/09 and am still frantically looking for answers why my cargo hasn't reached my doorstep.

when i contacted the booking point i was told that my cargo has reached coimbatore on 07/08/09. i contacted my local office and asked for the delivery.they told me that my cargo is on its way to delivery. believe me, am still calling these guys till date and these firstflight people are saying thier own reasons for non delivery. Local office in coimbatore turned hostile when i called them and i got all kinds of abuse when i demanded my rights to recieve the goods on time. Its time to wake up the sleeping top management people.
