PF settlement

Dear sir,

Its subjected to my Provident fund no MH/48392/1498 whereas i have not received my payment till now. When i contacted they give explanation

that "NEFT" has done on 28th sep 2011 itself and they also gave the details of Cheque no's which is 944184 and 975289 with the amount Rs.23819/- and Rs.8617/- respectively and which i enquired with bank they have not received any cheque.

please take this as priority and help meto resolve this and get my PF amount.
