Not refunding admission fee affiliation fraud

I, manish grover son of mahabir grover residence at house no.42 sec 20-a chd. had deposited a sum of rs. 7, 500 on account of infinitus buisness mangement school situated at mohali phase eltop building pahse 8 for doing mba but now i want to refund my money back because they had cheated me by saying they r affliated from icfai university tripura but now they are saying that their affliation is changed. or be in process to changed from icfai to ptu.. which i don't want to do .. moreover classes havn't started yet..
