Fake Gifts Assurance

The Complaint is regarding the INFOMEDIA 18 (Thane Branch), B2B Portal " Ask Me". I had taken their subscription for online display of my company on their website and also the " Yellow Pages " Directory that they distribute. for this service i paid them approximately Rs. 25000/-. in the month of July'2010. the Company had assured me of gifts which was supposed to be chosen out of a few options. In which i had selected a ONIDA Slim TV.

It has been 7 months since then, and there is no response from their office headed by Mr. Narendra Joshi. Everytime I enquire, I get the same response that it is under process, etc.
