Daily viramgam to valsad late train

Respected Sir,

I m daily up down from viramgam to Ahmedabad in viramgam to Valsad (250W) Pass train. It Departures right time but at Vasana Iyava and gora Ghuma this two station no any ticket window. so passenger collect ticket from guard after stop the train at station. Departures is at this stations is only within 1 minutes. but in ticket selling process it take 15 to 20 minutes and train become 30 to 40 minutes late.

Problem is not this, problem is passengers who travel from viramgam and get ticket from this station. from viramgam to this station passenger travel without ticket everyday.

So i request to you that please open ticket window at this tow stations and stop guard to serving tickets.
