Cheat in Data typing work

Dear Sir, i have taken typing work from infosolution which i have to complete within 15 days, which i have to complete within 15 days for that i have submitt 2500 on their a/c no associated with HDFC Bank when i talk to them they said its simple typing work u have to type from pdf i taken the work and we completed it within 15 days as i was having word2003 on my pc and i was having some prob i called on helpline and they said its your problem then i typed all matter thats more than 700 pages in word pages now i have send the file and they reply that the indenting which they told should be 0.25 but that nt there but when i checked it on my word 2010 it showing 0.25 when i talked them now they are turning off there words and saying that there are some other errors too and even though they are nt refunding me that initial money kindly suggest me what to do now .waiting for a prompt reply from your end sending you a copy of mail they have sent me.
