Neeta Travel is unscrupulous

I took a Neeta Travel bus from Nerul to Pune on 7th july. The ticket bookings was done in advance. The bus was to depart from nerul at 1.15pm. I boarded the bus which came to nerul at 1.15pm. I confirmed my ticket with the bus conductor and he said ok that time. Later he asked me to get down at Belapur stating that your ticket is not valid. I have to wait for another 1 hr waiting for the another Neeta Bus. I have to call number of times to Neeta Volvo Chembur to know the status of the bus. It was higly inconvinient. I have to waste my time and energy although my tickets were booked in advance.

The chembur Number where i called was 022-67989074. It was a very horrible experience with Neeta Volvo.
