Auto Rickshaw taking 4 Seats

Auto Rickshaw at Bhandup (E) station follow a single route to ply passengers i.e. from Station to Faatak OR Station to Om Amey. If a passenger wants to go to some other route they refuse. Also they take 4 passengers instead of 3 which is illegal. The 4th passenger has to share a seat with the driver and travel in a very uncomfortable position. Each passenger is charged 5 rs. That makes 20 rupees per trip. If you travel by meter it takes 12 rupees. But Auto rickshaws refuse to use meter as they earn less.

Please take prompt action against them for:

a) travelling with 4 passengers instead of 3.

b) refuse to ply on other routes

c) refuse to use mete
