Account transfer delay

Hi,

I an holding a saving account with SBI in Raipur (CG). I wanted to get this account transferred to my current location Bangalore, BTM (Mico Layout) Branch. I have submitted an application on this regards to SBI Mico Layout branch (I have the sealed/attested copy of the application with me) on 10th July. I surrendered all my cheque leaves and passbook along with the application (as instructed by the bank official). Since then there is no progress in this regards. It's more than a year now. Meanwhile I visited SBI bank Mico layout at least hundred times. The bank officials including the branch managers have got transferred. I have got assurance from the branch manager stating they'll personally look into the matter, which I am sure is not done yet.

Recently when I visited the bank the staff refused to co-operate saying he can't do anything about this and I should go back and talk to the bank officials from Raipur, which is practically not possible for me. Now my account can't be accessed by me nor can I use my deposited amount (which is close to 50-60K) any more. Am just hopeless as what has to be done on this.
