Lost my X std marks card and pass certificate

Dear sir,

I am Varsha Chandra, i passed out my 10th Board examination in 1998. Sir i lost my passing certificate and regular marsheet.. I need to travel to US for higher education for which i will require my mark sheet and pass certificate so please help me out.
