Issue regarding credit card defualting

Hi,

I had applied for a personal loan with ICICI bank and the loan has been declined stating that I am a defaulter with credit card.

Where as I have never used a credit card.

I have got the info that 5176377014478001 credit card is in my name and I have been defaulted in paying,

Where as I have never received this card from ICICI bank.

Please resolve this as soon as possible as I need to avail a Personal Loan from ICICI bank.

Treat this as urgent.
