Didnot received my courier yet

Hi,

My father couriered medicines from Kanpur at my office address i.e. Infosys Technology, Hinjewadi Pune. on 7th September (Receipt No:506726141).

But i haven't received them yet.

The cost of medicine is around 1000.00 INR.As they didn't allowed to courier sealed bottle, so they are just in a polypaper. Due to this delay in delivery surely the medicines will not be in a condition to be used for treatment.

On enquring at the office in kanpur they replied that they will deliver the courier but did not keep their words. My father who is 56 year old has to travel around 5kms daily to enquire about it.

If these guys are so irresponsible then they should stop offering this facility as they are not capable to delivering it on time.
