Non settlement of Provident fund claim

I am Kannan worked with Infotech Enterprises Ltd., Bangalore. PF A/c No: AP/HY/28034/7247. I have submitted my Provident Fund Claim form in October till date i have no feedback from the department or nor i received any money which is got deducted from my salary.
