Salary not paid for Aug

Respected Sir,

I was working as a trainee SMO for INFRES METHODEX Ltd (H.O. Delhi) at Guwahati from 21st April. The regional manager for eastern region Mr. S. Mukharjee asked me to resign on 2nd Sept and provided me the option that if I resign I shall be paid the salary till my last working day i.e., 28 th Aug and if I don't agree to resign he will publish in the local newspaper that Mr. Riyaz Uddin Ahmed has been thrown out of the company and so & so.

Its mid Oct now and in spite of all request and feed back the only answer I got till date is that "Your full and final settlement of accounts has been processed" and that The entire dues would be settled by our Head Office in due course.

Unfortunately till date I have not received my salary not even any positive reply from them.

Kindly help.
