Demat Req Form sent to Ingersol Rand's Office on 28/01/06 alongwith Death Certificate copy of M.B.Nambiar and Bank Authorised latest signature of B.Swaroop from Indian Bank, TM Branch, Chennai, Share certificates and other necessary papers from Ms. Integrated Enterprises Ind Ltd, Chennai requesting for Demat Request. This was returned without what is required from me further. I have not received any informations from company on Annual Reports, Bonus/Rights, Dividend, etc for many many years. Can I know what is required from my side as a checklist on docs to be sent to Ingersol Rand for my demat request.
