Provident fund not received

Hi, This is preetinder Kaur and this complaint is regaring the PF not received even after following up for almost 3 years. I have got a chain of mails which shows that i am following up for the same since long. I left this organisation in april and then submitted my PF form in 2005 which they misplaced and again i resubmitted the PF form twice and after finally submitting the form the organisation is not processing the same.

I have send the reminder mails to the head HR Mr. Alex Augustine lot many times but i am just getting a reply that he will look into the matter and after that no response.

I am literally fed up after following up for so long.

Request you to please intervene and help me in getting my PF back.
