Claim of intial amount

I Mr. Pravin Bhandari, Contract no:00994098, ING Vyasa policy date 18th Feb would like to claim my amount, which is initial amount of Rs 7500/-, reason to claim this amount as i was given false words by your Executive Nitin Sangle (Pune), he mentioned that I have a target, you pay the amount and claim whenever you want you will get your money back, i asked him any time frame, he said no time frame, you can claim any time... I went out of station, now when i am back, i am calling him he is not responding my calls...

Please help me getting my money back...
