Ing vysya Atm
Money not received from atm but debited from my account

Sir

I am an account holder in IOB Bank at sholinghur (631102) Ac no 2310. On 16.10.09 around 5.30 pm i used the ING vysya atm Rajaji nagar, Bangalore for withdrawl of rs 1000.But i didn't receive the amt through atm as well as the transaction slip for twice of 1000 rs.(2000 rs). Subsequently on checking my balance i was found that a sum of rs 2000 is debited fro my account. I have given a request to the branch manager to take necessary actions.
