ING Vysya Bank
ING VYSYA BANK HOME LOAN - BEWARE

I opted to avail home loan from ING Vysya Bank (Bangalore, OTC Branch) because they said it will be processed in 3 days. The interest offered at that time was 9% (this is in 2007) and then they gradually increased it to 13% and after lots of visits/arguments this was brought down to 11%. Now they claim that they have changed the terms and conditions and hv sent me a letter/email which I never received. In my offer letter then, I was allowed to do 2 partial prepayments each year without any penalty and now they hv restricted this to 25% of outstanding, Also the forclosure charge was 1% then and now they hv increased it to 3%.

I wish to know how I could take this up legally (if anyone had done so earlier).
