ING VYSYA HOME LOAN HL7000125 processing fee to be refunded

Dear sir,

I had applied through the agent of IngVysya for Home loans. To my surprise all was well for a week for processing of loan. Suddenly to process the required loan they said Rs 7244 may be deducted for processing the loan. The cheque was given in favour of Ingvysya bank limited, Himayatnagar, Hyderabad. After which only SMS i received that you have been approved 7.1 lakhs. Neither the agent nor bank authorities tried to approach me further.

When i protested to know the details. The Bank authorities told that Fire mishap took place and hence sorry for the inconvienence. Later after a month there is no details on status at all. All the proof i have is my statement in Syndicate bank showing the deduction of amount.

Now that in view of the poor service, i asked for refund of the amount.

The bank claims that they have solved the problem. But so far no reply from bank or any refund for the said amount. These types of banks should be thorughly punished.

They are not customer friendly either to tell the details.
