Withdrawal of PF

Dear sir,

This is jagannath upadhyay an ex-employi of IVL. Have applied for release of my provident fund money through proper chanell by IVL, Complited in all respect. After scrutinaision of withdrawl form has been sent to your's office on dated 4/8/08.

It was told to me by my previous employer that my pf money will be credited to my salary account within 45 to 60 days without fail.

Till dt.i.e 28.11.08, more than 120 days has been passed away, neither my pf money has been release nor any information about my pf current status was told to me. Taking this statement as an urgent one, do kindly release my pf money at an earliest. thanking you
