On 20th April I had dropped a cover with Rs 5.00 stamp at

BANGALORE BUS STAND BEFORE GOING TO MYSORE at 6.30 AM which is located near

Plat form 6 which had mentioned that the clearance time as 8.30 AM towards my credit card payment of American express bank ltd, with the address

The letter has not been delivered till date and in the bargain I have been charged overdue

charges of Rs 5600/= and late payment fee of Rs 1, 000/= for your negligence.

Kindly look into the matter failing which I will be forced to go to the consumer forum for damages at your cost and expenses.
