Sir,
I purchase an Innova'G' from Nippon Toyota-Thrissur-Kerala-India on 25/3 and by compleeting by 1000Kmtr, the first service period, I submit car for service and asked service people to clear an error of Driver seat immovability .and they repaire the error, instead of replaceing the seat while on warranty period, and the situation agrevated by moving seat while breaking or while driving automatically.
Hence, as per your customer relation enquiry,
I reported the matter and asked the Nippon to replace a vehicle for repairing the above. But they ignore the matter. Now as a
customer I loose my money, trust, and time for towards to Toyota. I hope you take necessary actions immediatly for solving my problem
