Very poor mileage and service from the authorised service Nandi Toyota at Bangalore

I had purchased the above vehicle during 2006 and regularsly servicing as per manual. Even now every 5000 km it is serviced and spares are changed. Nandi Toyota is the agency for servicing. Originally I got 13 or more km per litre of diesel whereas after 60000 km it started reducing to 9 and now to 7. Everytime complaints are given for lesser mileage but they charge but nothing improves. I want to hold the company and servicing authorised unit responsible. Another 15000 kilometer and a hefty loss to my money unnecessarily.

I am upset because we pay heavily for a super model and we are taken for granted.
