Not Received Gift

I had received the gift voucher from Vodafone, i duly filled it and sent by courier to Innovative Incentives & Events Pvt. Ltd. Chandigarh on 10th August. I received the acknowledgement SMS on my Mobile on 20th August that I would receive the Gift within 15 days. But as on today 29th September I have not yet received my gift. Kindly look into the matter and help me get justice, I have been misled both by Vodafone Essar ltd. and IIEPL.
