Giving false details and charging extra

Dear Sir,
I have w810i model (IMEI: 35462301-976784-8-07). My mobile was hanging like anything, Text "Inactive SIM" will come and then the display will turn to white. Used to happen for every 10-15 mins. I went to following service centre on 20/12.

They said software upgrade will solve the problem and returned my mobile in 15 mins. When I switched it on, I still faced same issue, so they said it might be some board problem will check and return on monday (22/12).
I went to collect today. Initially they said it was just software problem and charged me 350 Rs. The board kept in center says 100Rs for upgrades. When I asked about that, they said they did service. It was only 250Rs for service also, and was written if there is any electrical replacement then only 350Rs. I asked if they replaced anything, and then they said that they changed USB!!!
I paid the amount and got my mobile. After 20 mins I again faced the same issue. Since it was telling "Inactive SIM", I went to my mobile service provider and they suggested me to replace the SIM. Now my mobile is working fine!!!?!?!!??
I really don't know what they have repaired in my mobile now. We go to service centers only because they are CERTIFIED BY SONY ERICSSON. What are we supposed to do if they cheat like this?!?!?!
Its ok if they take 100Rs for S/W upgrade, but 350 was too much for doing nothing?!?!? I would like to get my money back.
Please let me know who I can complaint about this.
