I gave cheque for service contract on 26.10.08. As per the technician instructions I tried to flush out 5 liters of water since the new candles were installed. Not a drop of water came out of the unit. I complained 3 times on 26691604 who assured me that the technical staff will attend and rectify it. However no technician turned up. I called helpline 399883333 3 times and was told the company would be closed for deepavali for 2 days. That means i have no drinking water for two days. If this the kind of service I am getting it for the first service i wonder whether i will get any service at all. in view of this lethargic attitude i have told your company helpline person that i will not honour the cheque for rs.2850. as i have beenput to a lot of heardship your company will have to reimburse me for the expenses that i have incurred by buying drinking water.in the event of your company not fulfilling the above i will be constrained to move the consumer court at your costs and consquences. please note this not an idle threat.
