Still my Aqua Gaurd I NOVA Gold is having complaint no one visited my place to get the same rectified.

I have got a confirmation from your service engineer that the product which i am using does have regular complaints. If so please get my Machine changed.

As the same complaint is going on and water drops are falling from the machine. Request you to please get the same rectified once and for all.
