Inova water purifier
No proper receipt and no Guarantee Card

I was pursuaded or coaxed in to purchase a water purifier from Eureka Forbes, " Inova water purifier " by name. I paid the full amount of Rs. 8850/-, but I am yet to get a proper receipt/bill for the purchase. I have not been given the Guarantee Card too. When I asked the sales executive (!?)about it, he informed me that he would bring it the next day. After a few days when I clled him up, he said that the office was short of forms. (What forms, I do not know. ) I seriously doubt if the goods sold to me are genuine or contraband? All this has happened on 30-4, and still I am waiting for the proper bill and the guarantee card.
