Inox fraud no ticket conformation sent but moneycharged from my debit card

I am m ravi sankar booked 6 tickets for a telugu movie adurs! on sunday 10.30 show. there was no conformation of ticket booked. but money was charged from my visa icici debit card.

i called the customer care . emailed them. but no response! i need help!!!

and my money back --990 rupees
