I need my money back from Innox Movies after being deducted Rs 2190 for tickets

I was booking 2 tickets for the movie Kites on May 21st for Saturday May 22 show at 4:10PM at Inox Mantri Square Mall, 3rd Floor, Sampige Road, Malleswaram - 560052 Bangalore. After entering all the details and my Credit Card info, and navigating to the Citibank Portal where i entered details. It came back to a different screen and throwed and error saying "Error Occured". It happened twice and my Citibank Credit Card was charged Rs.1460 but no ticket confirmation email or message came.

I was trying to book seat numbers F18, F19 and one more time G18, G19.

After waiting for a while, i tried booking using Book My Show. And surprisingly BOOK MY SHOW was showing seat no. F18, F19 available at Inox Mantri Square Malleswaram Bangalore. So i booked those 2 seats again with my same Citibank Credit Card giving same e-mail id and phone no.

This time booking was successful and i got confirmation no. (4154) as well as SMS from Book My Show.

Because of the Ban on Kites on 22nd May the show was cancelled and when i checked with the counter at Inox they said it will be remitted in 7 days. But i have not received any information till now.

I have already sent emails to eticketing@inox.co.in, but they have not replied. Atleast there should be an acknowledgment.

I want my Rs.2190 refunded back on my credit Card for the two unsuccessful booking i made through Inox Movies E-Ticketing site and the money for the Show which was cancelled.

I received a mail from eticketing but still i have not received my money back. I need my money back.
