INOX eTicketing system is very bad

Eticketing service provided by this company is very bad. I try to book 2 tickets for movie Kites on 28th May. I didn t get the tickets inspite of that money was deducted from my account. And this is not the first time it happens, previously it happens on 20th May. And till now i didnt get my money back.

I hope that they will improve this and refund my money as soon as possible.
