Deducted Money from credit card without booking the tickets at inox

The above are the transaction details of my ICICI credit card 5176533915941006 named APARNA ATLURI... The above amount was deducted while i have tried to book the tickets for RAAVAN MOVIE for 19-june for 10.15 pm show at Vijayawada INOX theatre... The amount was deducted even before i have entered my High Security Transaction Password.

I have mailed regarding this to inox, but i didnt get any response from them. Please help me to get my money back.
