No refund received for failed booking

I had tried to book two tickets for the movie "Raavan" on 2nd July in INOX Magrath Road Bangalore which got failed but I have not received the refund on my credit card yet (total 530/-). No reference Id or booking Id was given for the same. I had mailed twice before but got no response. I am totally frustrated with them and will probably never use their service again and deter others also. I even tried to call them but all was in vain.
