Good morning

I have visited the INOX theatre yesterday for the Rakta Charitra show at 1915 hrs.

I had booked twelve tickets. The group included a mixed gathering of adults from the ages 82 years to 19. Due to my oversight there was also a youngster of 15. Obviously the child was not allowed.

Your staff were correct in refusing to allow the child. They were courteous and firm.

At that point of time I had no choice but to leave the theater with my family. I have requested for a refund to no avail. I realise that the confusion was due to my mistake.

However I request that if the said money can be refunded I would be grateful.
