Worse after Sales Service

I bought 2 Vertis Gold AC from M/s Saugaat Electronics, Ambala Cantt (Mr. Hemant 9896884444) last year. This year 1 ac is making trouble. Even on 17° its not making cool a small cabin & air blow is very uneven, After repeated calls only we are getting false promises. Today I tried for voltas customer care, Lets hope for best.
