Improper beauty treatment

Hi,

My name is Preet Sahay and I am working in a Software company in Pune. I want to file a complain against the beauty clinic- Inspirations, Slimming & Beauty Clinic For Men & Women, Koregaon Park, Pune.

I had a very bad experience at Inspirations. I have joined Inspiration for a heath plan; however as I was moving out of the city I converted half of the amount (6000 Rs) to their Beauty section. I went for hair re bounding, during which my hair got completely damaged. This was due to in experienced beauty professional. I was informed that they can’t do anything for this as the condition of hair is not good. I have consulted a doctor after the beauty treatment and he informed that 70-80% of hair is damaged.

I want to file a complain against the beauty clinic, please let me know if there is any procedure for the same and want details do I need to forward a compliant.
