Inspirations, Wait loss programme at Sadasivanagar, Bangalore Branch
Inproper Claims and poor service

Dear Sir,

My wife had registered at Inspirations, Sadashivanagar Branch for wait-loss programme and we had paid about Rs.13, 500/- during October. We had gone there for Rs.4, 999/- package. But there was 'Dr. Sohan' (he was not a doctor, but he claimed so) he had offered the package without any term condition and confirmed package is till the customer lose 10 kg.

He also said there is no diet. But after joing they had given severe diet and there was no proper diet advise. Their staff also do not stick to the centre for long time. Their claims are not at all true. It's advisable not to take such programmes. What we should do to get refund?
