Delay In INSTALLATION

I deposited Rs 1000/ (one thousans) on 14.01.09 vide Reg . no KSU/GG/NOR/08-09/0907 in the name of Tarokendu Chakrabortty. I was told that within 2-3 days it will be inbstalled. Today being 23.1.09. I am still not provided with same. I planned to have Broadband connection post installation. I have 3 mobile connections of private service providers. But they never gave me any occasion to lodge a complaint, let alone taking payment beforehand. I am in doubt what sort of service I can expect from BSNL post Broadband installation. I am in doubt whether I have done right thing to opt for BSNL or should I have done better to opt for private service providers. Now can I hear a word rom you? Or you'll advise me to withdraw deposited money? Anyway Happy New YEAR!!
