Non recipt of monthly statement

I am not reciveing monthly statement since last month (July) earlier i was reciveing by post. later i opted for my mail account as postal delay. but since last two months i am not reciveing my monthly statement. some one is telephoneing from mumbai that you please pay minimum balance. our representative will come to your home or office address. so far no such person attend to my office or to my home. i think this is a big bracket by not sending monthly statement and suggesting our representative will come and collect. since 30 years i am having sbi account and since a decade i am using sbi card.

i will highly appreciate proper action to be taken for sending my monthly statement.
