Egistered acknoldgement receipt not recieved

Dear Sir / Madam.

with reference to you i am sending Register AD from reliance greens branch post office pin is 361142 at jamnagar district (gujarat state) to kolkata dated on 01/12.

but till date i am not received Register AD acknowldgement receipt,

I am waiting from last one month & that is important for regestration of degree course document.

so please do the needful ASAP.
