I hired this company to impliment a new shopping cart for my website and to transfer all of our products to the new cart. They stated a completion time of 30 days for the project. They did some initial work right away and then completely stopped progress. I paid them a 30% downpayment on April 15th it is now 5.5 months later and the work is not complete. I've complained a multitude of times over the last four months with no progress. Most of the time they ingnore my emails. When they do finally answer, they always have excuses and promise to complete the site soon. They never do. No additional work has been completed for about 2 months now. My last three emails have been ignored.
