Employee Discrimination

I was employed by so called Mr. Kumar on 15'th of Nov. 2010. He was never ready to provide me a oppointment letter and plust was rude enough to ask the female employee (me) to stay back till late hours and complete his due work without any specific details provided and very less equipments established in the office.

He has made me work ruthlessly for complete month and still neither he gave me an appointment letter nor my salary of Rs 15000.

I donot know if he has increased his pocket by not paying my salary but yes I would like him to realise his attitudes for the female employees of his office and pay my 1 month salary...

He is a big liar and a cheat.

He did not bother to call me to even check what has happened so that he can avoid my salary payment.

He creates duplicate experience letters for the participants who come for interview especially for I-Yogi capitive company.

The most common experience letters generated are of WNS by the name of Amit Azad (manager H.R operations).

He gives free services for this fraudulent to enhance his business.

I would request to who so ever reads this to please not take jobs offered by him as if you will be caught with these letters ever he will never take the blame and spoil your career.
