Dear Sir,

Myself Suneel Sharma, citizen of INDIA. My complaint is regarding my name & my father's name printed on voter id card are wrong. My name is "SUNEEL SHARMA" and the name printed on card is "SUNIL", I never write "I" in my name, I always use "EE".

Also my father's name in card is written as "OUMAPRAKASH" which is totally wrong. My father's name is

"OMPRAKASH SHARMA".

My DOB in card is written as xx/xx/1981 which is also wrong. As per my documents my DOB is

29/11/1980.

Therefore you are kindly requested to suggest me how this problem can be solved asap.
