Motherboard under warranty has malfunctioned

Dear Sirs,

1. I had purchased Intel 945 Board, Sl. No. AZPE74401K86 vide bill no.505 dated 15.01.08 from M/s. Shiva Computers, Shop No.3, LGF, Alla Complex, 34 Lalbagh, Lucknow, Ph:9305678557, 0522-3014736 Contact Person: Mr. Abhinav.

2. That said motherboard has malfunctioned on 16.6.09 yielding no display on monitor, was duly submitted by me to the captioned vendor on 16.6.09. After about one and a half month of running to the vendor I was handed over same motherboard on pretext that it has been replaced by the company. Subsequently I submitted said motherboard to said vendor again on 04.8.09 and was conveyed of RMA no.1002084437 dated 06.8.09 by said vendor.

3. On 26.08.09 I have once again been forwarded same defective motherboard by said vendor on pretext that he has other larger business deals with your authorised dealer at Lucknow and that he would not plead the cause of one motherboard.

4. With full faith in your wisdom, may I request concerned authorities to kindly render needful assistance immediately as my work continues to suffer tremendously due to my non-functional computer.
